RIPN Cosponsoring RIPE NCC Regional Conference in Moscow

RIPE NCC regional conference (Reseaux IP Europeens, Internet Resources Distribution Coordination Center in Europe) will take place in Moscow Holiday Inn "Suschevsky" on September 23-24, 2008.

Technical, administrative and political issues with regard to the state and development of Internet in RIPE NCC serviced region will be addressed at this meeting to be held in the Russian capital for the fifth time. Discussions will take place both as part of the conference and practical workshops. Besides, the attendees will have a possibility for casual discussions.

The members of Internet industry, state authorities and public organizations representing the Russian Internet community are expected to attend the conference. Last year about 150 persons took part in this event.

The sponsor of RIPE NCC regional meeting is RU-CENTER. RIPN is a cosponsor of the conference. Internet access for the attendees will be granted by Moscow Internet Exchange (MSK-IX).
